Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of up to 35% will be applied to all returned items that meet the return criteria.
Return Period
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided all conditions outlined below are met.
Non-Returnable Items
- Performance engines are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless a warranty issue arises within the warranty period.
- Parts are sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Non-Transferable
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any refund will be issued solely to the original purchaser and the original method of payment.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and uninstalled.
- The product must include all original packaging, components, and accessories.
- The product must not have been disassembled, modified, or tampered with in any way.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any refund will be issued solely to the original purchaser and the original method of payment.
Shipping & Associated Costs
Shipping Costs
- All shipping costs, including original and return shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages During Shipping
- JDM of California is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
- Once products leave our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Other Expenses - JDM of California is not responsible for any expenses related to product application, such as labor, transport, or other associated costs.
Refunds

- If a return does not meet the above conditions, it will not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Restocking fees of up to 35% and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
