Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 35% will be applied to all returned items that meet the return criteria.

Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided all conditions outlined below are met.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Performance engines are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless a warranty issue arises within the warranty period.
  • Parts are sold as-is and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Non-Transferable

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any refund will be issued solely to the original purchaser and the original method of payment.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and uninstalled.
  • The product must include all original packaging, components, and accessories.
  • The product must not have been disassembled, modified, or tampered with in any way.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any refund will be issued solely to the original purchaser and the original method of payment.

Shipping & Associated Costs

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping costs, including original and return shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages During Shipping

  • JDM of California is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
  • Once products leave our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
    Other Expenses
  • JDM of California is not responsible for any expenses related to product application, such as labor, transport, or other associated costs.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.
  • If a return does not meet the above conditions, it will not qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Restocking fees of up to 35% and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Parts and performance engines are sold as-is and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
